How is Dark Chocolate healthy when it contains so much fat, saturated fat and calories?

I understand it contains antioxidants among other things but the amount of saturated fat in it is ridiculous, so is the calories.

I’d say the bad kinda outweighs the good.

If one has to eat chocolate then at least there is iron in dark chocolate, by the way – the darker the better.

no one has said dark chocolate is healthy, what is said is that it is less unhealthy than other chocolates and you do get benefits of the antioxidants. It has therefore been suggested that if you must eat chocolate, and a great many feel they do, then it is better to eat small amounts of the dark rather than other chocolates.

Well, apparently when you eat dark chocolate you do better on tests. Also, it lowers your blood sugar.
Don’t forget that you NEED calories, fat, etc, contrary to poular belief.
