   Dagoba Chai takes the milk and spices of a really good cup of chai and adds chocolate. The bar is deliciously smooth and a real treat.

   I generally like the darker chocolate Dagoba bars from New Moon to Eclipse, but Chai is delightful. Really worth trying if you like spiced chocolate!

   I have had great organic chocolate. This is not great organic chocolate. It is not even good or even fair organic chocolate. It is extremely poor. The chocolate was chalky, not at all smooth. The flavor was absolutely horrendous!! A expected a hint of ginger and chai. The bar was so overpowered by the “hint” of flavors that it completely washed out any of the chocolate flavor. I was so surprised by the nastiness of the bar. (I refuse to call it chocolate), that I spit it out. Then I threw out this $2.75 bar of yuck.

   This has to be the best chocolate I have ever tasted! I was given this as a present (with some other bits and pieces!) Anyway, I was a little skeptical as this was an organic chocolate and past experiences with organic chocolate has not been that great. However, this was simply divine! So much better than non-organic chocolate. You open the wrapper and the chocolate smells divine! The colour is a lovely dark chocolate brown. And when you snap a piece off, it breaks off well. Then, you put it in your mouth. Oh my! I need some more! The best chocolate I have tasted – ever! Go on, just buy some!

   I am not a fan of milk chocolate. However, this is one exception. The combination of spices and chocolate is a perfect success. The bars are addicting.
