I eagerly looked forward to each new lesson, as the subjects are so varied and interesting.  If you really are interested in chocolate and its history you will find these lessons fascinating.  Some of the subjects are “how to taste chocolate” – ever thought you need to learn that!  “A deep understanding of chocolate”, “history of chocolate” and so on, are all on the curriculum. You will also have access to the most delectable chocolate recipes.  The part I found to be the greatest, was getting to eat my own homework!
